GE HealthCare (GEHC) showcased a range of new CT, molecular imaging, MRI, mammography, and image-guided therapy offerings at ECR 2026 in Vienna.
CT
First showcased at RSNA 2025, Photonova Spectra is a next-generation spectral photon counting CT system designed to support neurological and oncological assessments, musculoskeletal and thoracic imaging, and cardiac exams, according to the firm.
Photonova provides eight bins of energy resolution, powered by GEHC’s Deep Silicon detector technology. It has not yet received the CE Mark.
Molecular imaging
Notably, GEHC devoted a significant portion of its booth to new molecular imaging technology. Seeking to take advantage of new market opportunities in diagnostics and therapeutics, GEHC directed attention to Omni 128cm, a next-generation total-body PET/CT system that can accommodate head-to-thigh imaging in a single bed position. The vendor said that the scanner can facilitate cancer diagnosis, staging, and treatment planning, as well as support the evaluation of new PET tracers and emerging theranostic agents.
It also supports autopositioning. Omni 128cm is CE-marked and available for sale in EU countries.
In addition, the company featured StarGuide GX, a digital 4D SPECT/CT system designed for personalized care and research applications. StarGuide GX images at all energy levels for general-purpose SPECT exams and can be used to explore investigational therapies such as actinium-225, according to the firm. The system has also received the CE Mark.
MRI

Two new GEHC MRI scanners also made their ECR debut. Signa Sprint with Freelium is a sealed 1.5-tesla version of GEHC’s Sprint Select scanner designed to combine sustainable design with image quality improvements and operational autonomy for expanding MRI access in remote settings, according to the company.
Meanwhile, Signa Bolt is a 3-tesla scanner engineered to support precision diagnostics, clinical efficiency, and research capability, according to the firm. Both Signa Sprint and Signa Bolt utilize Signa One, GEHC’s ecosystem of AI-driven workflow software.
The new scanners have not yet received the CE Mark.
Interventional
In interventional imaging, GEHC launched Allia Moveo, a compact, cable-free C-arm platform designed to support cardiovascular, vascular, nonvascular, interventional, and surgical procedures. The platform features AI-powered guidance tools and an intuitive user interface intended to help clinicians adapt to the spatial constraints of traditional interventional suites, the company noted.
Allia Moveo has received the CE Mark and is available in the EU.
Women's imaging
Also demonstrated at RSNA 2025, Pristina Recon DL is GEHC’s new 3D mammography image reconstruction technology. The software combines deep learning with iterative reconstruction techniques for digital breast tomosynthesis (DBT).
GEHC’s Pristina Via with Recon DL system has received the CE Mark and is available in Europe.
Ultrasound
GE HealthCare also highlighted its next-generation Logiq general imaging ultrasound portfolio, which features advanced imaging capabilities, AI-powered automation, and an expanded open digital platform, according to the firm. The latest Logiq systems have received the CE Mark and are available for sale in the EU.
