GE HealthCare has signed a software license and distribution agreement with NordicNeuroLab to integrate and distribute the Norwegian company's functional MRI software within its MRI platform ecosystem.
Under the agreement, GE HealthCare will distribute NordicNeuroLab's nordicMEDiVA and nordicAktiva -- software tools for functional MRI, diffusion imaging, and neuro post-processing -- along with selected hardware and patient comfort products, across authorized markets worldwide. NordicNeuroLab will retain ownership of its software technology and provide training, service, and lifecycle support, the companies said.
The agreement is designed to support both cloud-based and on-premise deployments and is structured to align with evolving regulatory and healthcare IT requirements, according to an announcement.
