Hyperfine is expected to join the Russell 3000 and Russell 2000 indexes at the conclusion of the June 2026 Russell Reconstitution, with inclusion effective after the U.S. market close on June 26.
This is according to a preliminary list posted in May by the Financial Times Stock Exchange (FTSE) Russell, a subsidiary of London Stock Exchange Group.
Membership in the Russell 3000 Index also means automatic inclusion in the small-cap Russell 2000 Index and appropriate growth and value style indexes. The Russell indexes are used by investment managers and institutional investors as benchmarks, with approximately $12.2 trillion in assets benchmarked against the Russell U.S. indexes as of June 2025.
Hyperfine is the developer of the Swoop system, a portable, ultra-low-field, MRI system that has been cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
