Top predictions for 2013; Olympics & ultrasound; Ramesses III's death

Dear AuntMinnieEurope Member,

Financial matters and the impact of austerity measures have dominated much of 2012, so as the year draws to a close, it's only right that we look ahead to what 2013 might hold for medical imaging in Europe. We asked a team of market analysts to give their top three predictions for next year, and you won't want to miss them. Go to our PACS Digital Community, or click here.

Another recurring theme this year has been the controversy over the potential harm caused by breast screening. With this in mind, we asked two European luminaries to craft an opinion piece. Few European radiologists have studied their error rates more closely than the Dundee group in Scotland. During the past five years, they've built up a database of 561 errors, and they collected an award at RSNA 2012 for their analysis on this hot topic.
