Philips adds to image-guided therapy line at EuroPCR

Philips Healthcare is introducing several new image-guided therapy products at this week's EuroPCR 2017 congress in Paris.

The vendor is debuting its iFR Roadmap technology, which supports real-time navigation of vessels and coronary arteries to help guide decision-making in the treatment of coronary artery disease. Another new offering, SyncVision iFR, is a co-registration package that can be coupled with Philips' Core intravascular ultrasound and physiology technology. It's designed for use in the stenting process for complex lesions, and can be utilized in any interventional lab to map pressure gradients onto the angiogram for precise location, severity, and length measurements of lesions, according to Phillips.

Philips will also be presenting its recently launched Azurion image-guided therapy platform, as well as IntelliSpace 9.0 -- the latest edition of its advanced visual analysis and quantification platform. Other featured products for Philips at EuroPCR 2017 include: version 2.2 of its DoseWise Portal dose management software platform; Dynamic Coronary Roadmap for automatic, real-time navigational guidance in complex PCI interventions; and StentBoost Live for live visualization during positioning and deployment of balloons, stents, and bioresorbable vascular scaffolds, Philips said.
