The European Board of Radiology (EBR) has released the initial calendar for the 2024 European Diploma in Radiology (EDiR) examinations.
This year, candidates will benefit from better conditions when acquiring educational packages that include the exam, according to the EBR. Candidates can include additional educational resources, including an immersive simulation of the actual EDiR examination and a complete self-assessment with 100 multiple-response questions and 10 short cases to review the fundamentals of general radiology, it noted.
The confirmed exam dates are: February 27, Vienna (ECR); March 3, New Delhi and Chennai, India; March 15, Brussels and Buenos Aires; April 21, Islamabad, Pakistan; May 18, Cartagena, Colombia, and Ankara, Turkey; May 22, Barcelona (SERAM), Spain; May 23, Warsaw; July 11, Pisa, Italy, and Barcelona, Spain; September 16, Örebro, Sweden; September 19, Salvador, Brazil, and Munich, Germany; September 26, Warsaw; September 28, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and Budapest; October 18, Cairo, Egypt, plus Mainz, Germany, and Paris; November 17, New Delhi, India; and December 18, Leuven, Belgium.
Additional exam locations will be announced soon via the EDiR app or on the EBR website, EBR stated.
