Median Technologies has signed a strategic commercial partnership with Canon Medical Systems through its subsidiary Olea Medical to support commercialization of eyonis LCS, Median's AI-based lung cancer screening software, across the U.S. and Europe.
The agreement follows two regulatory milestones for eyonis LCS: clearance by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in February and CE marking in July. Under the partnership, Olea Medical will leverage its CT imaging platform and clinical footprint to support distribution of the software to radiology centers.
The Canon partnership is Median's second commercial agreement for eyonis LCS, following a distribution agreement with Tempus AI announced in February. Median said it plans to continue expanding its partner network with imaging software companies, PACS providers, and other healthcare technology organizations supporting lung cancer screening programs.
