PACS vendor Telemis has completed a management buyout, according to its partner, financial consulting firm Merodis.
Telemis management, supported by long-term private investors and CEO Stephane Ketelear, has bought out shareholder stakes from supporters such as Nivelinvest and Sopartec, according to Merodis.
