The Vidi cooperative imaging network has welcomed its first nuclear medicine group, Centre d'Explorations Isotopiques (CEI), headquartered in Rennes, France.
CEI comprises 17 physicians across several sites in Brittany and western France, including Rennes Saint-Grégoire, Saint-Malo, Saint-Brieuc, Pontivy, and Nantes, with an additional Rennes location expected to open in 2026. Vidi, which was historically structured around radiology and radiotherapy, said the addition marks the beginning of a broader opening of the network to nuclear medicine.
The cooperative model is centered on shared purchasing, pooled expertise among member physicians, and a multidisciplinary approach combining radiology, nuclear medicine, and radiotherapy, particularly for oncology care pathways, the network said.
