The German Medical Institute in Limassol, Cyprus, has selected Oxipit as its chest x-ray AI partner following a clinical evaluation of three vendors across more than 700 cases.
Oxipit will support pathology detection, triage, and semiautonomous prepopulated reports integrated into the institute's PACS workflow via the Newton's Tree platform, according to the company.
The decision followed a clinical evaluation focused on identifying the AI technology that best supports daily radiology reporting in practice, according to Oxipit. The radiology team assessed how different systems integrate into existing workflows, how results are presented to clinicians, and how effectively each could contribute to reporting in routine clinical use.
The hospital will deploy Oxipit's CXR Suite, which combines ChestEye computer-aided detection for 75 radiological findings, case prioritization, and semiautonomous reporting, the firm said.
