Forbes nominates top 3 radiologists in Spain

Forbes magazine has named Juan Álvarez-Linera Prado, PhD; Dr. Jaime Fernández Cuadrado; and Dr. Vicente Martínez de Vega Fernández as the country's leading radiology specialists of 2025.  All three have been included in the magazine's annual list of The 100 Best Doctors.

Álvarez-Linera Prado leads the neuroradiology section in the diagnostic imaging department at the Ruber International Hospital. He holds a PhD in Neuroscience from the Autonomous University of Madrid. He is also an associate professor in the postgraduate program of the faculty of psychology at the Complutense University of Madrid and an associate professor in its anatomy department.

Fernández Cuadrado, meanwhile, leads the diagnostic imaging department at four university hospitals in Madrid: the Rey Juan Carlos Hospital in Móstoles, the Infanta Elena Hospital in Valdemoro, the General Hospital in Villalba, and the Jiménez Díaz Foundation in Madrid. Cuadrado is also an advisor to the MRI section of the Spanish Society of Medical Radiology (SERAM) and trains medical students and technicians.

Martínez de Vega Fernández leads the diagnostic imaging department at three private hospitals: Quirónsalud Madrid University Hospital, Ruber Juan Bravo Hospital, and Quirónsalud San José Hospital. He is an associate professor at the faculty of medicine of the European University of Madrid and at the School of MRI of the European Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine & Biology (ESMRMB).
