Siemens Healthineers reported comparable revenue growth of 5.9% for its fourth quarter of fiscal 2026, as the company prepares to change its name to Healthineers following its planned spin-off from Siemens.
For the quarter, which ended September 30, the imaging segment grew in revenue by 10%. Diagnostics revenue declined 4.2%, while free cash flow for the quarter was 703 million euros ($788.8 million USD).
For the full fiscal year, comparable revenue grew 4%. The company expects comparable revenue growth of 4% to 5% in the 2027 fiscal year and has begun the process of carving out its diagnostics business.
Bernd Montag, CEO of Siemens Healthineers, presents the intended future company name “Healthineers."Siemens Healthineers
Siemens plans to deconsolidate Siemens Healthineers in 2027 through a spin-off, which will be submitted for approval at both companies’ annual shareholders’ meetings in February 2027. The name change to Healthineers also requires approval from Siemens Healthineers shareholders.
The brand transition is expected to begin once the spin-off is entered into the German Commercial Register, completing the deconsolidation. The companies have agreed on a three-year transition period to allow for the re-registration of legal entities and products.
For Siemens, the separation allows the company to focus on its industrial AI strategy, the firms said.
