Planmed Verity receives CE Mark

Finnish medical imaging vendor Planmed has received the European CE Mark for its Planmed Verity mobile extremity scanner for orthopedic imaging.

Planmed Verity features conebeam CT technology for low-dose 3D imaging of peripheral skeletal fractures and disorders at the point of care, according to the company. The compact, mobile device can be used in an existing x-ray room, placed side by side with other imaging systems.
