Hyperfine has secured a spot for its Swoop system on the reference list of Union des Hôpitaux pour les Achats (UniHA), a French public healthcare purchasing cooperative.
The agreement was made via the company's distribution partner UpCare Europe SAS, and "will enable hospitals to acquire Swoop systems without initiating individual tenders," the company said. It will be effective on 2 November.
It is the first time portable brain MRI has been included in the UniHA framework, according to Hyperfine.
