xWave Technologies has secured a contract to deploy its clinical decision support (CDS) platform across the Yorkshire Imaging Collaborative, a regional imaging network that spans 24 hospitals and six NHS Trusts in the U.K.
The platform will provide clinicians with real-time, evidence-based guidance aligned with Royal College of Radiologists (RCR) iRefer guidelines at the point of referral, according to the company. It will also give the network greater visibility into referral patterns, imaging demand, and pathway improvement opportunities, xWave said.
The contract builds on xWave's existing deployments with NHS Trusts in Greater Manchester, the Northeast of England, and multiple Irish hospital groups.
