Swedish enterprise imaging company Sectra has signed a five-year contract worth £15.6 million (17.9 million euros) to deliver its Sectra One Cloud subscription service to six NHS trusts in north central London, serving approximately 1.4 million patients.
The six trusts, operating under the collaborative initiative ImageWise, will consolidate seven separate systems into a single cloud environment. Four of the trusts are existing Sectra customers. The service is fully managed by Sectra, covering system operation, maintenance, monitoring, and upgrades.
The trusts will initially deploy modules for radiology and breast imaging, with the option to expand to additional specialties, the company said. The contract was signed in the third quarter of Sectra's 2025/2026 fiscal year and the full order value is guaranteed, Sectra noted.
