Europe's health competitiveness cluster Medicen Paris Region is supporting four small- to medium-sized enterprises as part of France's Innovation Challenge program.
The recipients include Incepto Medical for its augmented radiology project. The Paris-based company will receive 350,000 euros to develop an artificial intelligence (AI)-based platform for the development of medical applications to assist in radiological diagnostics. Medicen is providing non-financial support, while the cash injection will come from Bpifrance.
The ultimate goal is to help physicians use AI applications to save time, improve diagnostic quality, and save lives.
