Imaging artificial intelligence (AI) software developer MaxQ-AI (formerly MedyMatch Technology) has received the CE Mark for its AccipioIx intracranial hemorrhage detection software.
Now approved for sale in the European Union, the deep learning-based software automatically analyzes noncontrast head CT images for the presence of intracranial hemorrhage; patients with this condition are then identified and prioritized for the treating physician, MaxQ-AI said. AccipioIx can be natively integrated into PACS software, medical imaging hardware, or healthcare cloud environments, according to the vendor.
The company said it's also developing other Accipio AI algorithms.
