The course aims to provide knowledge on an integrated approach of imaging in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer. Didactic lectures followed by workshops simulating multidisciplinary tumor boards will cover all aspects of patients’ management.

Right breast, 10 o’clock position, same patient: A 15 mm irregular hypoechoic solid lesion with suspicious morphology, situated approximately 6 mm from the index lesion. Biopsy confirmed invasive ductal carcinoma, Grade 2, ER positive, PR positive, HER2 positive, concordant with ultrasound features. Findings are in keeping with multifocal invasive ductal carcinoma in a heterogeneously dense breast. The patient was referred for surgical management.
Italian team seeks to optimize imaging of pelvic floor dysfunction

Sagittal T2-weighted MRD image at maximal pelvic floor contraction (squeeze). The pubococcygeal line (PCL) serves as a reference line extending from the inferior border of the pubic symphysis to the last coccygeal joint. The H line represents the anteroposterior dimension of the levator hiatus, while the M line measures the perpendicular descent of the levator plate relative to the PCL. The midpubic line (MPL) provides an additional reference for anterior-posterior alignment. Identifiable pelvic structures include the pubic symphysis (Ps), rectum (R), and bladder (B).
