Turner Imaging Systems is expanding its distribution agreement with Swissray Technologies to cover the entire European Union (EU) for its Smart-C portable mini C-arm.
The arrangement builds on a partnership that began in 2021, when Swissray Technologies was appointed as the importer and distributor for Switzerland, Germany, and Austria, the company said.
The Smart-C is a battery-powered, cordless mini C-arm designed for fluoroscopic imaging at the point of care. Its portable design is intended to enable imaging in clinical environments where conventional C-arms may not be practical, according to the company.
