Medneo is partnering with Ramsay Health Care UK that includes the acquisition of Ramsay Diagnostics UK's mobile MRI and CT fleet and a six-year exclusive contract to provide mobile imaging services across Ramsay's national hospital network of 34 sites.
The multi-million-pound agreement also includes the transfer of Ramsay Diagnostics UK's diagnostic imaging team to Medneo. The partnership expands Medneo's national footprint and adds new hospital locations across the U.K., the firm said.
The deal follows Medneo's acquisition of Fairford Medical in 2025 and reinforces its position as one of the U.K.'s leading diagnostic imaging providers.
