Hitachi Medical Systems Europe released two permanent-magnet open MRI scanners that are equipped with the company's SynergyDrive platform at ECR 2021.
Aperto Lucent Plus is a 0.4-tesla permanent-magnet open MRI scanner, while Airis Vento Plus is a 0.3-tesla permanent-magnet scanner. The company is emphasizing the easy siting of the systems, as well as their open design for a more comfortable patient experience.

It aims to provide clear, motion-free images and is designed for maximum patient comfort.
