A brief online survey from the European Federation of Radiographer Societies (EFRS) is designed to seek feedback about radiographers' continuing professional development (CPD).
The survey will cover learning activities undertaken by professionals to maintain, develop, and enhance their knowledge, skills, and competencies throughout their careers. EFRS wants information about how different countries in Europe approach CPD policies and requirements, as well as radiographers' professional development challenges.
"Given the considerable variation across Europe in how CPD is defined and applied, the EFRS hopes that contributions from radiographers will support them to map current practices and identify areas for improvement and harmonization," the U.K. Society of Radiographers (SoR) noted.
Radiographers are encouraged to participate as soon as possible or by 30 November. Survey responses will be kept confidential and will be accessible only to the CPD working group.
