EOS completes milestone French installation

May 3, 2017 -- Orthopedic digital radiography (DR) developer EOS Imaging has installed its 50th system in France.

The EOS system was delivered to Imanord medical imaging center in the Hôpital Privé Villeneuve d'Ascq. The hospital is a member of the Ramsay Générale de Santé network -- the largest private hospital group in France, according to EOS.

The company also noted the installation is the fifth in the Hauts-de-France region. In addition, 27% of French cities with more than 50,000 people now have at least one EOS system, the firm said.
