French private radiology network Vidi has launched rdv-vidi.fr, a national online appointment booking portal for patients common to all members of its network.
The portal will make life easier for patients by giving them 24/7 access regarding the availability of 330 imaging firms through 65 members of the network, and thus allow them to be taken care of quickly, the company said.
Features available for patients include selecting several exams if necessary, transmitting administrative documents, canceling appointments, and accessing their results and appointment history.
