Quibim has unveiled AI-QUAL, a software product that automates prostate MR image quality.
AI-QUAL automates the assessment of prostate MR image quality in accordance with the PI-QUAL v2 guidelines. It uses advanced AI to evaluate prostate MRI studies and assign a standardized score from one to three to evaluate the diagnostic image. The system automatically detects common artifacts that can impact image quality and reduce diagnostic accuracy.
The company also said the software improves diagnostic confidence among radiologists and is designed to fit into existing radiology workflows.
