Affidea Group plans to partner with b-rayZ on AI-driven breast imaging.
B-rayZ's AI platform streamlines the breast cancer diagnostic process, thus avoiding delayed care decisions and treatment, according to Affidea. The platform is already in use in Switzerland at Affidea's Centre of Excellence in Breast Cancer, Breast Zentrum Zurich, as well as at Affidea Givision at Site Hôpital Daler in Fribourg. It has been implemented at Affidea Lithuania and Affidea Spain, with further expansions planned, the company said.
Affidea has also become an investor in b-rayZ in a Series A extension equity funding round, according to the firm.
