Proton therapy developer Ion Beam Applications (IBA) posted revenue growth in the first half of 2019 (end-30 June), which it attributed to sales of its Proteus One proton therapy system and other accelerator systems.
Total group revenue for the six-month period increased by 13.8% to 102.8 million euros, compared with 90.3 million euros in the first half of 2018. The company's six-month net loss decreased to 5.3 million euros, compared with a net loss of 7 million euros in the same period of 2018, the company said.
