45-year-old woman with history of paragangliomas
A 45-year-old woman presents with a previous history of left pheocromocytoma and right vagal and carotid paragangliomas, surgically removed in 2007 and 2012. During follow-up, the F-18 FDG PET/CT revealed two doubtful lymph nodes in the left para-aortic space. Subsequently, F-18 FDOPA PET/CT was performed.
