A radiographer from Fenwick, near Kilmarnock in Scotland, has been struck off the medical register after using his position to snoop into the records of more than 200 female patients and pester them for dates, according to an article published on 18 May in the Herald.

After looking into the women's files, Andrew Stewart then used fake names to contact them with messages on Facebook and WhatsApp in hopes of finding a relationship, the article stated.

Stewart was sentenced to 200 hours of unpaid work and three years of supervision last August and was also fined 600 pounds and placed on the sex offenders' register for three years, the Herald reported.
