Medical image quantification software developer Quantib has received a 2.1 million euro grant from the European Innovation Council (EIC) Accelerator fund.
The grant is part of the 80 billion euro Horizon Prizes program, which supports companies that use creativity and expertise to solve major challenges facing society. The award brings Quantib's total funding to more than 12 million euros.
Quantib received the Horizon Prize for a prostate cancer solution currently in development. The company will use the funds to further its solution to improve prostate cancer diagnosis and patient outcomes.
