Lunit's breast imaging AI software has been selected under a national framework agreement led by the Union des Hôpitaux pour les Achats (UniHA), the largest central public procurement body for French hospitals.
Under this four-year agreement, Lunit Insight MMG and DBT are now listed as approved options, made available through primary contractor Fujifilm. The agreement grants access to Lunit’s AI tools for over 1,500 public hospitals across France, eliminating the need for individual tender processes.
UniHA plays a key role in facilitating centralized purchases for more than 1,500 public hospitals and over 130 regional hospital groups. Union member hospitals said they began using Lunit’s AI software as a complement to their mammography systems.
