The European Society of Radiology (ESR) has made an announcement about abstract submissions for ECR 2022, which will be held from 13 to 17 July in Vienna and virtually. This follows the decision in January to extend the deadline to 20 March.
By 21 March, nearly 8,000 abstracts had been submitted for ECR 2022. This represents a 100% increase in comparison with ECR 2021. Though abstracts were received from a diverse range of countries, authors from Italy, China, and Germany accounted for the most submissions.
