ECR 2025 attracted a total of 20,522 participants from 131 countries, including 13,596 professional attendees and 6,926 industry representatives, according to the ESR.
While attendees from the EU and the U.K. constituted the majority of participants -- with attendees from China, the U.S., and Japan rounding out the top 20 most-represented nations -- there were participants from all regions of the world, ESR added (see below). There were 1,661 more participants present than last year, a 9% increase in attendance.
