EANM highlights work of radioligand therapy group

The European Association of Nuclear Medicine (EANM) has indicated its support for the newly established Radioligand Therapy (RLT) Angels Association, a global nonprofit initiative dedicated to maximizing patient access to RLT.

The main objectives of the association are closely aligned with the interests of EANM’s community and aim to create open-source best practice resources, such as global blueprints and tools for process optimization, the EANM said, in a news release. These resources will help centers expand their expertise and capacity while improving patient experiences. In addition, RLT Angels will offer virtual support and host online expert forums to help centres make the most of these resources.

The RLT Angels Association brings together key stakeholders, including the EANM, GE HealthCare, ICPO Foundation-International Centers for Precision Oncology, Novartis, and RayzeBio. EANM President Paola Anna Erba has been appointed vice president of the RLT Angels Board.
