In episode 10 of the Clinical Radiology Academics Speaking Honestly (CRASH!) free podcast series, the RCR interviews RADIANT co-chairs Dr. Anmol Gangi and Dr. Nathan Chan, as well as founding director Prof. Margaret Hall-Craggs. In addition to discussing the network's history, structure, and future directions, the RADIANT team also shared how effective communication and an organic approach can help trainees to achieve success outside of formal academic posts, the college said.
