Astute Imaging, a spinoff of medical data management firm Fivos, has acquired the artificial intelligence (AI) startup Dileny Technologies.
The acquisition will assist Astute in accelerating the introduction of AI into its cloud-based platform for image-guided therapy and workflow automation. No further details about the deal were disclosed.
Also, Astute Imaging plans to develop and offer predictive models for cardiovascular case planning while expanding into other areas, including women's health and cancer treatments. Predictive models aim to offer better insights into future enhancements for interventional devices for image-guided procedures. Dileny already has developed vendor-neutral AI proprietary technologies for radiology workflow with an emphasis on women's health.
