Siemens adds Inspiration installs in U.K.

Siemens Healthcare has installed two Mammomat Inspiration full-field digital mammography (FFDM) systems at York Hospital in York, U.K.

Installed as part of the U.K. National Health Service (NHS) breast screening program, the systems will be used for plain-view mammography and stereotactic biopsy procedures, according to the vendor.
