Breast imaging software developer Volpara Solutions has hit a milestone with its VolparaDensity breast density assessment tool, having installed the system in almost three dozen countries.
Dr. Francis Cuigniez's private imaging practice in Ghent, Belgium, marks the 31st country where the software has been installed, but other new installations of VolparaDensity have recently been completed in Canada, Turkey, Korea, Japan, and the U.K., the company said.
VolparaDensity has been cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Health Canada, and Australia's Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA). It also has the European CE Mark.
