Ultrasound technology developer Exact Imaging has received the CE Mark for a new transducer as well as color flow and Doppler capabilities for its ExactVu microultrasound system for urologic imaging and biopsy guidance.
The approval covers the company's new EV5C abdominal transducer and color flow and power Doppler capabilities, the firm said. The new capabilities allow urologists to perform a wider range of urological ultrasound assessments, according to Exact Imaging.
