MedaPhor has raised gross proceeds of 78,778 pounds (approximately 87,750 euros) through an open offer for 926,801 shares of the U.K. ultrasound training and quality assurance firm.
The offering, which was announced on 26 November and closed on 11 December, included applications for 63,354 open offer shares, which represents 3.8% of the maximum number of shares available through the offering.
