Curium adds to PET holdings in France

Global healthcare company Curium has acquired PET diagnostics firm Cyclopharma's commercial and manufacturing operations in France.

With the addition of Cyclopharma's seven PET radiopharmacies, Curium will have a network of 13 PET radiopharmacies to cover all 140 PET centers in the country, as well as 200 personnel with expertise in the development, manufacturing, and commercialization of diagnostic PET tracers. The acquisition also expands Curium's European PET network to 25 sites.

Cyclopharma will retain its R&D and international operations, with its majority shareholder, Denos Group, continuing its focus on the development of radiotracers.
