Affidea acquires 2 Italian medical centers

Dutch diagnostic imaging, outpatient, and cancer care services firm Affidea has acquired two medical centers in Lodi, Italy: Medical Sport Center and Medical Center.

The deals were concluded as a result of a private negotiation and strengthen Affidea's presence in the Lombardy region with Affidea's network in Italy now reaching 57 medical centers and 2.3 million patients.

The transaction is the company's 20th in the last two years.
