Diagnostic imaging, outpatient, and cancer care services provider Affidea Group has opened a new ExpressCare Clinic in Tallaght, Republic of Ireland, for minor injuries and illnesses.
This is the second Affidea ExpressCare Clinic to open in the Irish Republic this year with the other clinic operating in Cork. The firm has a network of 246 centers across 16 countries.
The company's 2 million euro investment in the clinic is part of an overall 20 million euro push by the company in the Irish healthcare sector in the last three years. Affidea Ireland has created over 130 new jobs on the Irish healthcare market in the last three years, and the center's opening will create 10 new positions, with more to come as activity at the facility increases.
