French, Canadians meet for 2nd conference

Medicen Paris Region in France is taking steps to strengthen collaborations with medical technology colleagues in the Canadian province of Quebec.

The French healthcare cluster will host the second Franco-Québécois Forum for Health Innovation (FFQIS) along with Aviesan, the French Alliance for Life Sciences and Health, the Quebec Consortium for Industrial Research and Innovation in Medical Technology (MEDTEQ), and Polytechnique Montréal.

Approximately 200 people are expected to attend the event on 15-16 May at the Institute of Brain and Spinal Cord in Paris. The agenda will cover medical imaging, digital health, biomaterials, and biomechanics and is open to researchers, clinicians, industry representatives, entrepreneurs, clusters, and other healthcare professionals.

Registration is open until 11 May.
