Agfa HealthCare has been chosen as the supplier of digital radiography (DR) systems for five pediatric hospital departments in Poland.
The award was granted by the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity (GOCC), which is the largest nongovernmental purchaser of medical equipment in Poland. Agfa also won the bid in 2019.
Agfa will provide the hospitals with five DR 600 ceiling-suspended x-ray rooms. The DR 600 system features ZeroForce technology and Agfa's Musica workstation software, which includes tools for managing radiation dose.
