Agfa installs DR, fluoroscopy room in U.K.

Agfa HealthCare has completed the first installation of its DR 800 digital radiography (DR) x-ray and fluoroscopy room at the Royal United Hospitals Bath National Health Service (NHS) Foundation Trust in the U.K.

DR 800 is a multipurpose x-ray system that offers general radiography and fluoroscopy, and it features Musica image processing software for both modalities. DR 800 also uses the same user interface as the two DR 600 rooms previously installed at the hospital.
