EBR to move certificates to digital format

May 1, 2023 -- The European Board of Radiology (EBR), together with the European Society of Radiology (ESR), has developed the Medical Credential Services (MCS) platform to provide a streamlined solution for managing and verifying credentials.

This means moving from issuing traditional certificates in PDF format to digital certificates, which will contain more information and include a QR code to speed up authentication, according to the EBR.

The board will host a webinar on 11 May at 16:00 CEST to discuss the platform, including intended benefits and how healthcare professionals efficiently manage their credentials.
