The agreement expands the existing relationship between GE and the hospital network. Under it, GE will administer the installation and maintenance of imaging equipment such as MRI, CT, and ultrasound devices at Basingstoke & North Hampshire Hospital and the Royal Hampshire County Hospital in Winchester.

The contract will also include GE's Oncology Cockpit, a platform that speeds diagnosis, helps staff determine cancer diagnostic demand, and identifies any delays in the treatment pathway for patients, GE said.
