ESR posts interviews with cardiac experts for IDoR 2018

November 13, 2018 -- The European Society of Radiology (ESR) has published a collection of interviews with leading radiology experts from dozens of countries to coincide with this year's International Day of Radiology (IDoR) theme -- cardiac imaging.

Among the numerous topics discussed were recent advances in cardiac MRI, fractional flow reserve (FFR) CT, and cardiac CT angiography (CCTA), as well as the role of artificial intelligence in cardiac imaging.

Among the notable interviewees were Dr. Rozemarijn Vliegenthart from University Medical Center Groningen in the Netherlands, Dr. Hatem Alkadhi from the University Hospital Zurich in Switzerland, Dr. Giles Roditi, president of the British Society of Cardiovascular Imaging (BSCI), and Dr. Christian Loewe from the Medical University of Vienna.
